WHEREAS by By-law No. 1282 of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam cited as the "McKenzie Avenue Road Cl:'sure By-law, 1973, No. 1282",

a certain portion of Road dedicated by Plan 1932 therein described located

in the City of Port Coquitlam tn the Province of British Columbia was stopped

up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council of the Province of British Columbia praying
on behalf of the City for abandonment of the said portion of Road dedicated
by Plan 1932 described in By-law No. 1282 and the vesting of the title to the
land comprising the same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.
