Comnents: The Committce discussed the necessity of this property | in our Long Range Plans. The area is zoned for RM-2 development and would likely form an intricate part of a land assembly , ; . . . . As there are no immediate plans for development or any other pertinent City requirements, the Committee is not interested in the lot or the proposal at this time. Recommendation: The Committee recomnends that no action be taken on this request at. this time and that the applicant be informed. item TI Re: Lane Abandonment ~ 2100 Fraser Avenue. Comments: As the lane is presently not open and is not required for traffic control the Committee is in favour of the salg provided consolidation with Lot 33 of Plan 1897 known as 2163 Fraser Avenue is undertaken. It is expected all consolidation costs be undertaken by the applicant. Recommendatian: “The Conmittee recommends approval of the sale with an upset price of $2,100.00. and that consolidation with Lot 33 Plan 1897 be undertaken at the expense of the applicant.
