The area is designated as "Residential" in the Official Community Plan. A total of 11 RS-1 lots and 24 RS-2 lots will be created. The remainder of the site, which will eventually be developed for townhouse and single family use, is proposed to be rezoned to RS-3 (Estate Residential) at this time as there are no immediate plans to proceed with its development.
