A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam in Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, December
13th, 1993, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, W.W.
Stewart, R.H. Talbot, and M.A. Thompson were in attendance.

Also in attendance were Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, City
Treasurer/Deputy Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Engineer I.R. Zahynacz, and Director of
Community Planning C.R. Felip.

CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES:

Moved by Councillor Talbot

That the minutes of the Public Hearing and Regular Council Meeting of November 29th,
1993, and Statutory Inaugural Meeting of December 6th, 1993 be taken as read and adopted.

DELEGATION:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Ms. Theresa Schaa:t and Mr. Roland
Broeckx, representatives of Jen’s Towing. Mr. Broeckx spoke briefly regarding an incident at
Save-On Parking Lot and indicated that no handicapped sign was in the car. Mr. Broeckx also
suggested that Jen’s Towing were working towards better relations with the City and its
residents.

That the “Water Facilities Development Cost Charge Bylaw, 1992, No. 2737" be
reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.
