4, BACKGROUND INFORMATION

The following will be provided by the sponsoring Municipalities:
Planning documents
Legal base mapping
Contour plans with 2 meter contour interval
Air photos of study area.

5. DELIVERABLES

The consultant will provide a functional design report containing alternative methods for the river crossing
and plan /profile of the access roads from Coast Meridian to Ozada, type of structure, cost estimates for
construction and maintenance, phasing possibilities and an environmental impact statement. Include design
procedure, cnteria, concepts, evaluation and recommendations based on the lowest long term cost.

6. GENERAL

Study directors for the Cities are Jeff Yip, P. Eng. (Port Coquitlam) and Ken Wright, P. Eng. (Coquitlam).
The Cities will share the cost for the report.

One copy of a proposal should be submitted to each study director by 1993 June 22.
