March 8, 1993/077 A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, March 8th, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H. Talbot, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, City Treasurer/Deputy Administrator J. Maitland, Acting Director of Parks & Recreation L. Wheeler, Fire Chief J. Baillie, Director of Planning C. Felip, and Project Engineer Michael Davies. PUBLIC HEARING: Mayor Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2762 To rezone: Lot A Block 24 District Lot 174 & 289 Group One Plan LMP 2894 New Westminster District from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment). The property is located at 2285 Pitt River Road and would permit the development of a four-storey, 36-unit frame apartment building. S.
