Community Plan designation from "Residential" to "Schools" subject to:

Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning;

Satisfaction of Engineering requirements;

Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks
Recreation Director; and

Satisfaction of Building Department requirement
