A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which 1s more particularly described as:

Lot 8 (Except Part Subdivided by Plan 72467)
District Lots 232 and 341

Group One

Plan 68514

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) and RS-3 (Estate
Residential) to P=l (Public Institutional) and the Zoning Map of the
"Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to
reflect this rezoning.
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2699”.
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 13th day of July, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 13th day of July, 1992.

Public Hearing held this 10th day of August, 1992.
