A. The Grantor is the registered owner of land situated in the City of Port Coquitiam, British

B. The City requires and the Grantor has agreed to grant to the City the Statutory Right of
Way defined herein over a certain portion of the Lands; and

C, This Statutory Right of Way is necessary for the operation and maintenance of the City’s
undertaking; : |

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the premises, the sum of ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR
now paid by the City to the Grantor, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is acknowledged by the Grantor, the parties agree as follows:
