That the City of Port Coquitlam install a chain link fence across Regina Street along the
southern boundary of George Pearkes School, based on an estimated construction cost of
$1,660. .

That $1,660 be allocated from the Public Works Special Reserve Fund for this purpose.

ey The Public Works Committee considered the attached memorandum from the Project Technician
ea regarding a request from Mr. Ray Shepherd of 3282 Regina Street for a barrier to stop
a motorcycles and horses from going through the boulevard.

The Committee agreed that a barrier is needed at this location complete with a controlled
pedestrian access. Also, the Committee recommends that a chain link fence be installed rather
than a concrete barrier.
