THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COGUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2372

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlan, British
Columbia which are more particularly described as:

Lots 178 and 179

District Lot 4

Towaship 39

Plan 41277

New Westminster District.

is hereby rezoned from RS~l (Large Lot Residential) to C-2
(Neighborhood Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this
rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Port Coguitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1998, No. 2372".
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 13th day of June, 1988.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 13th day of June,
1988.

Public Hearing held this llth day of July, 1986.

Purpose of the Bylaw:

To permit the construction of a commercial building.
