A special meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Counci! Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall cv: Monday, March 23rd, 1987, at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, Jed.
Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A.
Freeman, City Treasurer J.G. Maitland, City Engineer F.E. Peters, ;
Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown, Fire Chief J.N. Boileau,

Deputy Treasurer J.E. Fraser, Personnel Director V. van Meel, Recreation i
Director K.J. Taylor and Deputy Fire Chief R. Dunbar. i

DELEGATION:

the City of Port Moody to present certificates of appreciation and
participation in the Port Moody Hand Car Races held in conjunction with
Golden Spike Days, :
