constitutes an obstruction to Carrying out the
Works;

cross over the Lands for reasonable access to the
Statutory Right of Way and make reasonable
ancillary use of the Lands for carrying out the
Works; and

do asl acts which in the opinion of Canfor are
incidental to the foregoing,

The City shall:

(a) not do or parmit to be done any act or thing which
in the opinion of Canfor might interfere with,
injure, impair the Operating efficiency of, or
obstruct access to, the Works or any part thereof;
and

permit Canfor to peaceably hold and anjoy the
tights hereby granted,

Canfor shall

(a) Garry out the Works in a good ana workmanlike
Mannex in order to cause no unnecessary damage or
disturbance to the City, the Lands or any
Amprovement on the Lands;

not bury, without the Prior written consent of the
City, debris or rubbish in excavations or
backfill;
