That the City of Port Coquitlam enter into an, agreement with Can-,
Pac Energy Consultants for one year on the 75%/25% plan;

- AND THAT Can-Pac Energy Consultants Install the energy saving
computer system at Hyde Creek Centre and the Port Coquitiam Recreation
Centre.
