A Bylaw to authorize The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
dispose of portions of Road and Lane in Dietrict Lot 379, Group One, New Westminster
District, dedicated on Plans 1213, 4024, 5165, and 9517 in exchange. for sufficient
land to relocate the said roads and lanes. - .
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is desirous of
canceling. portions of Road and Lane in District Lot 379 Group One, New Westminster
District, dedicated on Plans 1213, 4024, 5165 and 9517 in the City of Port Coquitlam

in tte Province of British Columbia; oo.

‘AND WHEREAS :the Registered Owner of the land described in Section 2 of this:

-Bylaw-has agreed to convey. the said land to the City in exchange for the’ lands -

comprising the partiens ef Road and Lane in District Lot 379, Group One, New

‘Westminster. District, dedicated on Plans 1213, 4024,.5165, and 9517 to be

AND WHEREAS the "Municipal Act" being Chapter | 290 of the , Revised Statutes of

‘British Columbia, 1979, provides that the Council _may by Bylaw dispose of any portion
‘of.a highway in exchange for. such lenda as may be. necessary for ‘the purpose of .

impreving, widening; straightening, relocating or diverting the highway ;

«NOW THEREFORE the Municipel Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

“Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

. The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized to convey

‘to the’ Registered Owner of the lands described in Section 2 of this Bylaw; ALL AND

SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises which may be more
