SUBJECT: Fall Clean-up Burning.

RECOMMENDATION:

‘Council designate the period from October 2, 1982 to
October 31, i982 clean-up period and’ burning of garden and household
refuse be permitted.

BACKGROUND

Section 4Ab of By-law No. 902. Council may designate
any particular period of time as a cleanup period and upon such a
designation being made, garden and household refuse may, in residential
fones, be burned outdoors on private property in daylight hours only
during the period of time so designated (By-law 1406).
