Ms. Norton., further explained the involvement of the sponsor and

what was expected of the community if they were selected for this project

and also described some of the criteria being used by the Consultant in

order to make the final selection of a suitable community for Western

Canada.

Ms. Norton informed the Council that there were four cities in

Western Canada presently under consideration and that one would be

selected from this group. We would be advised shortly of their

recommendation.
