Moved by Councillor Wright: Seconded by Councillor Gordon: That the report from the Director of Planning, April 2nd, 1993 regarding 3708 Oxford Street be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: 1. Completion of a subdivision design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Satisfaction of the Engineering Department requirements; Satisfaction of Building Department requirements at the time of Building Permit; Demolition of the existing house; and Registration of a restrictive covenant on the property to prevent new buildings from being converted to contain secondary suites.
