That the report from the Director of Planning, April 2nd, 1993 regarding 3708 Oxford
Street be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small
Lot Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

1. Completion of a subdivision design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning;

Satisfaction of the Engineering Department requirements;
Satisfaction of Building Department requirements at the time of Building Permit;
Demolition of the existing house; and

Registration of a restrictive covenant on the property to prevent new buildings from being
converted to contain secondary suites.

From the Director of Planning, March 29th, 1993 regarding 1195 and 1197 Fraser Avenue
Strata Title Application No. 26/93.

Moved by Councillor Wright:
Seconded by Councillor Gordon.

That the Clerks Office be authorized to endorse the strata-title application for 1195 and
1197 Fraser Averuc; and

Registration of a rest:ictive covenam on the property to prevent new buildings from being
converted to contain secsnds-¥ suites.
