COQUITLAM LAND USE CONTRACT NUMBER 8 SCHEDULE "A" Legal Description of the land herein: Lot Eight (8), Block "A" of District Lots Three Hundred Eighty-two (382) and Two Hundred Eighty-eight (288), Group One (1) and of Sections Saven (7) and Eighteen (18) Block Six North (B6N), Range One East (R1E) Plan 10150, New Westminster District SCHEDULE “B" Schedule of Permitted Land usa: Land and structures shall be used for those general industrial uses permitted within an M-2 General Industrial Zone, pursuant — to the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" as amended, and notwithstanding any provision of this Land Use Contract or of the “Municipal Act" to the contrary, the lands herein shall at all times remain subject to the provisions of the "Zoning By-law" of the City of Port Coquitlam currently in effect. SCHEDULE "c" “Siting: Buildings, structures and improvements shall be sited upon the land in accordance with the requirements applicable to the M-2 Genaral Industrial Zone of the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" as amended, and any section of the said "Zoning By-law" relevant to the said M-2 Zone shall apply to this Contract, all of which shall be subject to the Satisfaction and approval of tha Building Inspector.
