meeting of the Parks Recreation Committee was held in the
Council Chambers on Wednesdayi Seotember 3rd, 1986, at 3: 45 p.m.

Also in atterdance were K. Janna Taylor, Parks & Recreation
Director; Simon Richards and Gary Dick from Cornerstone Archi-

tects (Item No. 1 only).

Simon Richards went over the preliminary drawings
for the various spaces. He also went over. the
time table and the phasing program. It was also
pointed out that an

coming forth with an inhouse sketch and costing.
It was agreed that to be spending $ 120,000 for
these chanaerooms was excessive.
