RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to notify surrounding property
owners of this application and to place the following resolution on a
subsequent Council agenda

That City Council approve granting a volunt .cy development variance permit to
Lot 13, D.L. 34, Group 1 NWLD Plan 79870 axing the requirements of the
Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 807 RM-" A0use, Sections (6) and (8) Front
and Rear Yards.
