That Rezoning Application No. 50/93 for 1727 and 1735 Cameron Avenue be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act Subject to: a. Completion of a subdivision design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. b. Satisfaction of the Engineering Department requirements. Satisfaction of Building Department requirements at the time of Building Permit Application. Registration of a Restrictive Covenant on the properties to prevent new buildings from being converted to contain secondary suites. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Variance Permit No. 51/93 under Section 974 of the Municipal Act; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when compieted subject to the conditions noted above.
