LOT GRADING AND BUILDING

That Council authorize His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the attached lot
grading and building permit covenant over lots 1 to 58, Section 6, Township 40, N.W.D.,

The subdivider of the Fremont Subdivision located south of Prairie Avenue and west of Fremont
Street, is required to prepare and register the attached covenant on all 58 lots.

This covenant 1) establishes the sub floor elevation for houses, 2) ensures that lots are graded
according the subdivision grading plan and, 3) states that no building permits will be issued
until the Dominion Pump Station and associated drainage improvements are completed.
