OPTION 1 - “Lower Mainland Master Municipal Specifications"
1.1 Obtain agreement of NMS Supplier to edit the nas
Create “Lower Mainland Munic.pal Master
Specifications".

Develop licencing agreement with NMS supplier for
updates to be delivered to the Municipal Engineers
Division for their subsequent editing and transmittal
to participating municipalities.

Delete from the NMS set of specifications listed in
Attachment 2, those references not applicable to a
Lower Mainland Municipal Master Specification eq.
reference to paragrapks-to be used by Federal
Government or Private Sector and reference to
material not used in the Lower Mainland. This may
requize some discussion with Task Group when there is
doubt.

Prepare & manual an the “hausekeeping" requirements
for use and maintenance of the “Lower Mainland |
Municipal Master Specification" covering topics such
as process for keeping a master copy, copies of which
are then edited for each project or establishing a
“municipal master" which is revised by addendum or

special provisions for each project.

Make a présentation to the participating
municipalities on the “Lower Mainland Master
Municipal Specifications".

Floppy disk of “Lower Mainland Municipal Master
Specifications" .

Manual on usage, maintenance and updating of “Lower
