THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2547 A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" OCT 29 1990 - The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlan, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: a. Parcel “A” (Explanatory Plan 15640) Lot 8, District Lot 4, Township 39; Plan 17820, and; b. Lot 8 Except: Parcel “A” (Explanatory Plan 15640), District Lot 4, Township 39, Plan 17820; and ce. Lot 255, District Lot 4, Group 1, Township 39, Plan 53908; and d. Lot 118, District Lot 4, Township 39, Plan 36386; all in New Westminster District; are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment ) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2547". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this lst day of October, 1990.
