(6) REAR YARD:

(a) For buildings not exceeding six storeys in height, a rear yard
required of not less than 7.5 m (24.6 ft.) in depth.

(b) For buildings excéeding six storeys in height, a rear yard is required
in accordance with the following table:

provided that in no case shall the rear yard be less than 7.5 m
(24.6 ff.) in depth.

SIDE YARDS:

(a) Where a lot borders a highway, a side yard shal! be provided adjacent to
the highway, and shal! be of the same depth as the front yard required

pursuant fo this Bylaw.

(b) For buildings not exceeding six storeys in height side yards shal |
be not less than 7.5 m (24.6 ft.) in depth.

(c) For buildings exceeding six storeys in height, a yard is required
on each side of the building equal to .3 of the building height.
In no case shall the width of each side yard be. less than 7.5 °m
(24.6 ft.) nor shail the total of both side yards be less than
40 percent of the total lot width.

HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS:

The height of a building shall not exceed 30 m (98.435 ft.).

ACCESSORY OFF-STREET PARKING:

Accessory Off-Street Parking shall be provided in accordance
of "Development Management Bylaw, 1987, No. 2242,'""
