SCHEDULE A: ‘TERMS OF REFERENCE

The Client and the Consultant mutually agree that the terms
of reference for the project are as stated below.

Terms of Reference for the Project:

1. The project is essentially a feasibility study of the
expansion possibilities for the Centre with the
following specific objectives:

to identify current and potential future requirements
for expanded facilities to support the Centre's
programs ;

to establish the feasibilty of developing the expansion
on the current site, and to identify an alternative
development strategy; and,

to indicate the conceptual planning designs of the
expansion with construction cost estimates in 1985
dollars.

In order to fulfill these objectives, the Consultants
will liaise with:

the Core Committee for the study,

Wilson Centre staff, and

representatives of Port Coquitlam Parks and
Recreation, Planning and Building Departments.
