2. Nominations will be held at the Counct! Chambers, Port Coqut tiem
City Hall, 2272 McAilister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. at the +Ime
specifled by the Statute; namely, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Monday,
October 29th, 1984. ‘

3. in case a pol! is required the same will be held during the time
specified by Statute; namely, from 8:00 aem. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday,
November 17th, 1984; at the following places:

a. St. Catherinets Angtican Church Hall,
2251 McAllister Avenue;

b. Viscount Alexander Elementary School,
3250 Flint Street;

Mary Hil! Elementary School,
1890 Humber Crescent;

Cedar Drive Elementary School,
3140 Cedar Drive;

Westwood Elementary School,
3610 Hastings Street;

Kilmer Elementary School,
1575 Knappen Street;

Birchland Elementary School,
1331 Fraser Avenue; —

4. In case a poll as aforesaid is required, then a mobile poll shall
be established at the places and during the times specified by the
"Mobile Poll Establishment Bylaw, 1975, No. 1396"; namely, at some
convenient ltocation at the Sentor Citizen's housing facility known as
"Dogwood Manor" located at 3155 Seymour Street, from 8:00 a.m. until
12:00 noon and at some convenient location in Hawthorne Lodge, 2111
Hawthorne Avenue, from 1:00 pem. until 5:00 pem., on November 17th,

1984.

5. In case a poll as aforesaid is required, then an advanced pol!

witt be held at the place and during the time specified by the
"Advanced Poll Bylaw, 1969, Now 956"; namety, at the Port Coquitiam
Branch of the Fraser Valley Regional Library, 2470 Mary Hill Road, from
12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 7th, 1984; and from
10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 10th, 1984; and from
8:30 aeme to 4:30 pem. on Tuesday to Friday, inclusive, November 13th

to 16th, 1984.

6. The power to appoint Deputy Returning Officers to preside at the
respective polling places Is hereby delegated to the Returning Officer

appointed herein.
