Bella Corewyn 1946 Taylor Street Port Coquitlam, 3C May 8, 1984 City Planning Department City Hall Port. Q oquitlam, EC Dear Sir: I am opening & group daycare in my home at 1946 Taylor Street, Port Coquitlam, BC. There will only be eight children attending at all times. 1) Parkir; for parents to drop off aad pick up children. There snouldn't be any proolems in regards to parking, as there is ample parking on votn sides of Taylor street. Zvery one has a carport or a garage, and that is where the majority of tne people do their parking. Taylor street is not a very busy street at the worst of times, as it is not a main thrown way. It is very unlikely that the parking will be causing @ gongestion. 2) Noise made by children playing. . There will only be eight children and I cannot see that they will be making that much noise while playing, especially when they are under strict supervision. There will not bde any need for the cnildren to be screaming waen they are riding tneir tricycles and playing on tne slide, swing and the sand box. Yours very truly,
