A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam im open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
is more particularly described as:

Group One

Reference Plan 62184

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RM-2 to RM-4 and the Zoning Map of the "City. of Port
Coquittam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this
rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Fort Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1984, No. 2039",
