SUBJECT: Building Encroachment at 2652 Shaughnessy Street

RECOMMENDATION:

That the owners be informed that the City has no
intention of enforcing its rights with regard to the relocation
of the building at 2652 Shaughnessy Street off of the road
allowances.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The attached survey plan shows the encroachment of
The building at 2652 Shaughnessy Street onto both Elgin Avenue
and Shaughnessy Street. These encroachments are very small and
do not affect the use of our roads. 4
