That Mary Hil! Road be upgraded between Atkins Avenue and
Wilson Avenue as outlined in the Library Construction Committee's
May 30th, 1983 memorandum;

AND THAT the $57,000 cost be taken trom the $1,750,000
appropriated from the Tax Sale Reserve Fund.
