The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" is amended by. removing the Zone Designation of RM-2 assigned to: (a) Lots 45 and 46, Block 21, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 25551, New Westminster District; and (b) Lets 32, 33, 34, 35, Block 21, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2363, New Westminster District; and assigning the Zone Designation of RM-4 to the said property. 2. This property has the civic addresses 2047, 2055, 2057, and 2063 Suffolk Avenue and it is expected that following completion of the rezoning Procedures a 41 unit apartment complex will be constructed on the property.
