The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam 4s authorized and hereby conveys as Road, ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises which may be more particularly described ag follows: (a) All of Lot 3 having an area of 0.0810 ha and a portion of Lot 11 having an area of 0.0568 ha and a portion of Lot 12 having an area of 0.0198 ha of Block 2, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 1213, New Westminster District; All of Lot 2 having an area of 0.0809 ha and all of Lot 12 having an area of 0.0809 ha of Block 3, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 1213, New Westminster District; All that portion of Lot 6 having an area of 0.0676 ha of Block District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 1213, New Westminster PA ‘? District; all included within the red outline on a By-law Plan sworn by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S. and dated the 21st day of March, 1979, a copy of which is attached hereto in exchange for that certain Parcel or tract of land described in the preceding Section hereof. 3. That portion of Road shown dedicated on Plan 1213, within District Lot 379, Group One, New Westminster District outlined in green on the said plan of Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S. is hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of all kinds. 4. The said lands to be so conveyed as aforesaid shall be established as an addition to the roads within District Lot 379, Group One, New Vestminster District. 5. The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of the said City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and.to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto, 6. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Coquitlam River Plan 1213 Road Exchange By-law, 1979, No. 1660",
