Freeman City Clerk Re: Sale Of Property Adjacent To 1918 Mary Hill Road As Council is aware a road closure and rearrangement of property boundaries has been in process for some time. The property owner to the south, Mr. and Mrs. John Thompson, gave their consent on the understanding that a small portion of the closed road allowance would be sold to them for the of $450.00 and this amount has now been paid to the City and Council is in position to finalize the transaction. , Accordingly, might we suggest that Council give consideration to the following resolutions: 1. "That Portion of Parcel "A" (By-law Plan 52864), District Lot 290, Group 1, Plan 2207, New Westminster District, included within Lot 256 shown on a Subdivision Plan prepared by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S. and dated June 24th, 1977, be sold to John Herman Thompson and Mary Joan Thompson, 1918 Mary Hill Road, Port Coquitlam, B. C. at or for the sum of $450.00: : AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary documents therefore and affix the Corporate seal. thereto." "That the Subdivision Plan of Lot 39, Block 6, Plan 2207 and Parcel "A" (By-law Plan 52864) of Block 6, Plan 2207, District Lot 290, Group 1, New Westminster District, prepared by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S. and dated June 24th, 1977 wherein Lots 255 and 256 are created, be approved: AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Subdivision Plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate seal thereto."
