From the Environmental Protection Committee, February 13th, 1976, ‘Extra Patrol-SPCA i referring to the fact that in the last two years the Council has authorized the cost of one man and a vehicle for extra S.P.C.A. patrols during the months of April through to September, and recommending that similar provision be made this year at a cost of $8,500.00. Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That as recommended in a report from the Environmental Protection Committee, February 13th, 1976, an expenditure in the amount of $8,500.00 be authorized to provide an additional man and vehicle for extra S.P.C.A. patrols during the months April through to September. Defeated. Alderman Traboulay voted in favour of the resolution.
