‘had. been ordered and received. Alderman Traboulay cequested the “Engineer
to post temporary signs pending ‘the’ arrival of the ‘permanent ‘signs and ‘the
Engineer replied’ that this could ‘be done. Alderman Thompson pointed out
the need for enforcenent of the regulation and the City Adnini steator ‘agreed
