for the study to look at the solution to drainage problems in the industrial

area;

of 24" water- up to $55,000.00 be allocated from the Water Capital Reserve to allow

main - Kingsway
(CPR Underpass) the construction of a 24-inch pipe in order to relocate the watermain to

facilitate the lowering of the CPR Underpass at Kingsway as part of the

construction of the Mary Hill By-pass.

Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Mabbett
