'*A, Request for Grant -- PoCoMo Boys Club

A well documented Brief was received from the PoCoMo Boys and Girls Club
requesting an allocation of $2,000.00. A copy of their letter of request
is attached.

The Committee feels that we cannot entertain such a request for direct
financing of such a group as we do not assist the Boy Scouts, Guides or
other youth organizations, It would appear that this organization requires
annual funding... Lo

The Committee is aware of the good work done by this organization and the

group has been allocated space in the Dalkey Building for their activities.
The Commitcee, however, cannot recommend to Council the. consideration of a
grant for 1975.
