COUNCIL OCT 19 1992 THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM NOV - 9 1992 BYLAW NO. 2729 A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" AND WHEREAS an amendmen” to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has: (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between them; (b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy" to ensure consistency between them; (c) determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; (d) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. the Municipal Council of Ine Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: Subsection (1) of Section 2.2 of Chapter "Vy DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AREAS" of Schedule "A" of the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is repealed and the following substituted: "(1) Boundaries North: Center line of Lougheed Highway. South: Center line of Davies Avenue, and the center line of Salisbury Avenue between the west property line of Lot G, Plan 34142 and the east property line of Lot 3, Plan 76534. The east property line of Lot 3, Plan 76534, the west property lines of Lot G, Plan 18959, Lot 110, Pian 34142, Lot 76, Plan 28671, and Lot 172, Plan 46170; and the center line of Fox Street between the north propety line of Lot 1, Plan LMP 00010 and Davies Avenue.
