OUNCH MAR 15 1993 APR - 5 1993 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot A District Lot 344 Group One Plan LMP 6114 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from C-1 (Comer Store) to CD (Comprehensive Development) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240," is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. Notwithstanding the permitted uses described under "Part XII - Comprehensive Development Zone", the uses permitted within the aforementioned land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule "I", and in the approximate location as shown in Schedule “II” and both Schedules are attached hereto and form part of this Bylaw. Notwithstanding the "Conditions of Uses" described under "Part XII - Comprehensive Development Zone" of the Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", the provisions under subsections (2) Height, (3) Lot Coverage, (4) Front Yard, (5) Side Yard, (6) Rear Yard, (7), and (8), of Part [X, Section 902 “Neighbourhoed Conumercial (C-2)” of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" shall apply to all uses permitted within the aforementioned land.
