DESCRIPTION: This revised proposal is for a three-storey apartment building with a floor area ratio of 1.19 and site coverage of 48%. Setbacks of 10 feet have been provided for the front yard, interior side yard, and exterior side yard. The rear yard setback is 30 feet. An underground parking structure which obtains access from a lane is provided for 33 cars. There are an additional 6 open parking stalls at ground level. The overall building height is approximately 11.5 metres (38 feet). An elevator shaft located in the centre of the building will project a further 2.9 metres (9 feet).
