THAT the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No.
61/923 and

THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when
completed.

BACKGROUND:
This application is for the construction of an industrial warehouse

building within Meridian Industrial Park Phase [I. The subdivision creating
this lot has been approved and all roads and services are near completion.

PROJECT DESCRIPTICH:

The proposed development consists of a 16,000 square foot warehouse
building with a 2,000 square foot office on the ground floor and a 2,000
square foot office on the mezzanine floor.

Parking is located in front of the building on Kebet Way with additional
parking and loading facilities located at the rear of the property.

Engineering requirements were met at the time of subdivision.
Letdown required.

Parks and Recreation Department:
