That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which ig more particularly described as: - Block “E” District Lot 4 Township 39 Plan 6866 EXCEPT: Part’ Subdivided by Plan 23560. are hereby rezoned from CS-1 (Highway Commercial) to CD (Comprehensive Development.) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" 1s hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 2.
