A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Couneil of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which ig more particularly described as:

Plan 6866
EXCEPT: Part’ Subdivided by Plan 23560.

are hereby rezoned from CS-1 (Highway Commercial) to CD (Comprehensive
Development.) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" 1s hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. Notwithstanding the permitted uses described under Part XII -
‘Comprehensive Development ‘Zone",,.the uses permitted within the

' aforementined land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule "I" and
shown. in Schedule "II" which is attached hereto and. forms part of this

Bylaw. \

3. This Bylaw may.be cited for all, purposes. as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
-1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2600". ,

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 13th day of May, 1991.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 13th day of May, 1991.

Public Hearing held this 3rd day of June, 1991.

Intent of the Bylaw: | |

To further develop the property by the addition of a 100 seat resturant and
commerical rental units. The properties shall be restricted to the folowing
uses only in the approximate location as illustrated on Schedule "II" of this»
bylaw:

All uses permitted in the "Service Station Zone (CS~-2):

The following uses permitted under the Neighbourhood Commercial Zone _
