? wey Gs ited wre in the case of the subject properties, the owmmers of the property at 2600 Weatwood were unable to reach an agreement with the owners of 3591 Woodland, however, they will provide a 20 foot access easement to the property at 3591 Woodland to permit ita development at a later date, in conformity with the policy of not permitting any commercial development to have access to Woodlands. 3. A further concern was expressed that smaller lots fronting Woodland could be land locked. This will simply not happen. The Municipality follows strictly the policy of Council, therefore, lots fronting Westwood must achieve joint development with the lots at the rear when no other way to facilitate the development of the latter lots is available. The Planning Department is satisfied that the proposal at 3600 Westwood fully complies with the intent of Council policy for the area. bie Carlos Feljd, the, M.C.1-P.
