SUBJECT: Purchase of Replacement Equipment

AS per my previous memorandum regarding the purchase of replacement
equipment under the Vehicle Replacement Progran, I am forwarding two (2)
teplacement units for the consideration of the Public Works committee. |
units were scheduled for replacement under this year's budget aad adequate
budget funding has been Saved for these replacements.

Emergency Generator (80 kilowatt class)

Iwo tenders were received for the supply of an emergency generator from
Cullen Detroit and Industrial Engines Ltd.
