There will be additional costs estimated to be $89,035.31 to complete works
which are to be done by City forces or others. These include relocation of
utility poles, installation of watermain crossings and hydrants, painting of
traffic line markings, trimming of trees, and hiring a testing firm to perform
quality assurance tests on compaction, concrete strength, etc. The
recommended distribution of funding sources reflects the nature of these

required works.
