Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That the Applicant be directed to hold a neighborhood information meeting to inform the surrounding neighbors about the proposed subdivision. That subsequent to the neighborhood information meeting, the Clerk's Office draft a bylaw revising the designation of the subject properties in the Official Community Plan. Plan Map Schedule B revising the designation of the properties from Residential Reserve to Phase I Residential and Phase I Apartment. Section 4.4.1 (1) adding a new clause west of Mary Hill Read.
