The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
Open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as:

Lot 7 ;
District Lot 290
Group One
Plan 13636
: New Westminster District

Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the
1987, No. 2240" tg hereby amended to

reflect this rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, ,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2420"
