Port Coquitlam, B.C., be purchased of and from the registered owner
thereof, B & D Imports Limited, c/o Main Kingsway Tire, 3900 Main
Street, Vancouver, B.C., at or for the price of $76,000.00;

THAT the adjustment date be August 8th, 1985;

THAT the possession date be August 8th, 1985 at 12:00 noon;

THAT al | inctdenta| legal expense and Land Title Office Fees, etc,
be divided fn the normal manner as between vendor and purchaser;

THAT the City Treasurer be instructed to make the necessary.
